How to delete your UketoAI account and data

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the UketoAI app:

  1. 1Open the UketoAI app
  2. 2Go to Settings (tap the profile icon)
  3. 3Tap "Delete Account"
  4. 4Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

Server-Side Data (Permanently Removed)

  • Your user account (device UUID, iCloud ID)
  • All active authentication sessions and tokens
  • Subscription and usage log associations are removed (anonymized records may be retained for analytics and audit purposes)

Local Data (On Your Device)

Scanned records, images, and custom scan type configurations are stored locally on your device. To remove this data, uninstall the UketoAI app from your device after deleting your account.

Third-Party Data

  • Apple Subscription: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions before deleting your account.
  • iCloud Data: If you enabled iCloud sync, your CloudKit scan records remain in your iCloud account. You can delete them from the App before deleting your account, or manage them through iCloud settings.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • If you use the App again after deletion, a new account will be automatically created with a new device identifier.
  • Please cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
